    Do you assist clients with company documents in the visa procurements process?
    Clients will have to provide all supporting documents required by the embassy.

    How much do you charge for visa assistance?
    Visa assistance ranges from NGN 10,000 to NGN 350,000 depending on country and visa type

    Do you charge consultation fees?
    Yes, a consultation fee will be charged before all requirements are sent.

    Am I guaranteed the issuance of a visa once I patronise your service?
    With our eligibility process, we guarantee your chances of obtaining a visa by 80%. We however do not guarantee visa issuance as this is solely dependent on the issuing embassy or high commission.

    Do we submit visas on behalf of clients?
    No, we do not submit visas on behalf of clients as clients will be required to undergo biometric data capture based on requirements from the Embassy.

    Can you assist with bank statements?
    No, clients must be able to provide their financial statement.

    Is KWT fares tax inclusive?
    All our fares are inclusive of taxes. However, fares are subject to change and can affect total cost from time to time

    Can a minor travel unaccompanied?
    This is dependent on the airline as some allow it and some do not.

    Can I transfer my ticket to another person if I can no longer travel?
    A purchased ticket cannot be transferred to another person.

    Do I get a discount on my ticket if I book with you?
    Our fares are the most considerate fare available. You also get an automatic discount once you book with us.

    Do I need an ID when travelling with Domestic flights?
    You will need to present either your Voter ID Card, National ID Card, Drivers license or Passport at the check in before boarding.

    What type of services does my hotel come with?
    Depending on the choice of room, customers may be entitled to a bed and breakfast or  bed only option and other complimentary services such as free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle etc.

    What are the different types of Hotel rooms?
    Hotel rooms available are Single, Standard, Double or Twin standard, Deluxe, Suite, Studio Apartment.

    How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
    Cancellation of confirmed hotel reservation can be done via any of our channels a minimum of 48 hours prior to check in. Hotel cancellation policy determines.

    How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

    Refunds may take a period of 2-3 weeks to be processed depending on the condition of booking made with us

    Will my total ticket amount be refunded if I miss my flight?

    Amount to be refunded is dependent on airline policy, if no show is permitted on the type of ticket purchased. Instances where no show is not permitted, the entire ticket value will be forfeited. 

    Will I be given a refund if I do not use part of my ticket purchased?

    Refund of a partly used ticket would solely depend on the conditions that come with the ticket. I.e. if the ticket is refundable, then yes you may get a refund however, if the condition of ticket is nonrefundable then you would not get a refund.

    What is KWT Thrift?

    KWT Thrift is a flexible travel payment plan that allows you to lock down great travel deals by making only 25% down payment of total travel cost and spread the rest before travel date.

    Am I entitled to full refund when I no longer want to continue with the KWT Thrift?

    The initial 25% amount paid is non-refundable and hence will not be part of the amount refunded.

    How do I know my next payment due date for the KWT Thrift ?

    A notification email will be sent to you 48 hours before the due date.

    Is KWT Thrift  applicable to all ticket types?

    NO. T&C applies.

    Do I qualify for KWT Thrift ?

    KWT Thrift is open to all Kairos World Travels Customers. However your travel date should fall within the installment plan you prefer.

    Why are your charges in USD?

    USD serves as a buffer for us in any case of currency inflation and charging in dollars generally  makes work easy for both parties. You and Us!
